What is your Exchange policy?
We want you to love what you purchase, but in the unlikely event that something you ordered from our website is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different in size or style, you may contact us via email at prachithelabel@gmail.com All our pieces are made–to–order to be kind to the environment, so once an order is in process, no cancellations, refunds or returns are possible. This applies to our standard line as well as pieces that are a part of our label.
In the event of a defect or damage from our side, once the email is reviewed, if the return is accepted, please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product within 14 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please note we do not accept returns for international orders. Also we do not accept returns for made-to-order items, unless it is a quality defect.
Furthermore, all returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is confirmed, you will be offered an exchange as per the eligibility of your order.
Do you offer reverse pick-up?
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return is to be shipped by you on your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end. We do not accept returns on international orders.
